Returns & Exchanges

If you have received an incorrect order, we’re happy to accommodate your request within thirty (30) days of purchasing. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. You as the customer assume responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and thus you will also incur the shipping cost. 

If you have any issues like this and would like to return an item, please email sharrontownsendmerch@gmail.com and include: 

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with
  4. Your request.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges and refunds related to buyer's remorse or product size [But we do include a sizing chart in each product description to help you choose your correct size]

DAMAGED ITEMS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within four (4) weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than four (4) weeks after the estimated delivery date.

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Your request and MOST IMPORTANTLY
  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
